My pledge in the midst of a pandemic

I always treat my clients with kindness, honesty, fairness and compassion.
During this time of uncertainty, I have changed my contract to require a smaller deposit to hold your date and terms that are fair and balanced if you have to cancel or reschedule.
I can also live-stream your ceremony and key parts of your reception to a private webpage, where the videos can be viewed live or later and where I will post photo galleries from your day. Such a great way to include family and friends who can't attend.
THE HEART BEHIND my WORK

I started my career as a journalist. I loved getting to know people and connecting with them in a way that allowed them to open up to me. It was a trust I worked hard to earn and keep. I do the same today as I photograph weddings. To be asked to be with two people and their families on their best day ever is truly an honor. To witness, feel and capture the emotions of the day is what I love to do.
my approach to a wedding day

Months in advance, I develop a detailed photography timeline for your wedding day. I also work with couples to develop a detailed list of family photos. I gather information about special moments that are planned. On the wedding day, I follow our plan, but I also capture moments as they naturally unfold. I direct during family and wedding party photos, and during couple portraits, I give my bride and groom things to do that create real emotion and natural interaction. And honey, during the reception I eat cake. OH, YES and I also try to capture the face of every guest enjoying the fun!
