The Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum was a beautiful choice for their wedding venue. The historic Scarbrough House was provided a grand and elegant backdrop as the couple exchanged vows. Its towering columns and stately architecture created opportunities for vivid portraits.
Following the ceremony, Lena and Terry explored the breathtaking gardens surrounding the house–the largest private gardens in Savannah. Filled with Southern favorites like camellias, azaleas and magnolias, Lena and Terry shared a quiet moment for portraits before joining their guests.
A Fun-Filled Cocktail Hour with Southern Charm
The couple’s love of laughter and fun was the heart of their day and seen in every detail. Guests enjoyed a memorable cocktail hour featuring mini-golf, alongside a Southern favorite, freshly shucked oysters. Laughter and cheers filled the air during toasts, reflecting friendship and the love Lena and Terry shared.
As the night unfolded, Lena transformed her look with a chic dancing dress, completed by a feather-accented fan.
