Located in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District, The Olde Pink House is one of the most iconic photo locations in Savannah. Originally built in 1771, this landmark is rich in history and instantly recognizable, making it a favorite backdrop for couples in love.

Despite its name, the Olde Pink House was not always intended to be pink. It was originally constructed with Savannah’s signature red brick and covered in white plaster. However, the bricks would bleed through the plaster after rainstorms, creating a soft pink tint. Eventually, a later owner would embrace the challenge and painted the mansion the bold pink shade that defines it.
Today, the Olde Pink House stands out among Savannah photo locations for its architectural details and unmistakable color. The blend of whimsy and elegance makes it an ideal setting for beautiful photos.
As a bonus, once your photo session is complete, you’re just steps away from a delicious meal at one of Savannah’s most popular restaurants!
