Senior year is a turning point, a threshold.
You’re stepping out of one chapter and into another — more confident, more defined, more yourself.
As a Savannah senior photographer, I create editorial portraits for high school and college seniors who want images that feel bold, refined, and unmistakably personal. Think movement. Clean lines. Beautiful light. Confident presence.
These aren’t stiff yearbook photos. They’re modern heirlooms.
Graduating from college is a milestone worth marking with intention.
I shoot college senior photos in Savannah and on campuses throughout the Southeast including Savannah College of Art and Design, Georgia Southern University and University of Georgia.
Whether on historic grounds, beneath live oaks, or against the architecture of your university, we create portraits that feel elevated, confident, and distinctly you.
College sessions often incorporate campus landmark as well as Greek, sports and other organization affiliations.
I regularly travel to photograph college seniors on their campuses throughout Georgia and the Southeast. If you have a university in mind, I would be honored to plan a session there.
Forsyth Park
The north end of Savannah’s historic district — including Bay Street and River Street — offers a unique energy. Historic brick and cobblestone streets, industrial textures, and dramatic light give this area a slightly bolder edge. This is where we create portraits that feel strong, editorial, confident, slightly urban but still distinctly Savannah.
Just beyond Forsyth Park, the historic neighborhood offers quiet streets, iron balconies, ivy-covered stairs and centuries-old mansions with flickering gas lanterns.
This area feels polished, European, and effortlessly chic.
For something coastal and luminous, Tybee Island offers open sky, soft sand, and glowing sunset light.
Beach sessions are relaxed but still refined. Wind, movement, and golden light create images that feel effortless and editorial at the same time.
Wormsloe Historic Site is dramatic and unforgettable.
The long avenue of oak trees creates a striking, cinematic backdrop for senior portraits. There is depth and scale here — images feel expansive and powerful.
It feels iconic, graceful, and timeless.
I take University of Georgia senior photos in Athens. I also take senior photos in Statesboro, for those graduating from Georgia Southern University.
Forsyth Park is iconic for a reason. With its sweeping oak trees, soft Spanish moss, and the historic white fountain, it offers beautiful setting for senior portraits. Golden hour here is luminous — light filters through the trees in a way that feels soft, editorial, and timeless. I think Forsyth works beautifully for flowing dresses and soft pastels.
It feels classic Savannah — elevated and refined.

Savannah Senior Photo FAQ
Do you photograph both high school and college seniors?
The best time is typically golden hour, about 60–90 minutes before sunset, when Savannah’s light is soft and flattering.
Some locations - such as the beach, with no shade - are best just before sunset. Other locations, like Forsyth Park, can be shot earlier in the day, but I still love that late-day light.
And Wormsloe Historic Site is open 9-5 daily except major holidays.
Most senior sessions last up to 90 minutes, allowing time for outfit changes, multiple locations, and a relaxed pace.
Most seniors bring 2-3 looks. (NOTE: cap and gown does not count as a separate outfit.
Professional hair and makeup always gives you the most polished look.
However, many ladies prefer a more natural look or prefer to do their hair and makeup themselves.
In the end, choose what will best represent you and this important time in your life.
